great option
Like many people, I was referred to Hoka due to an orthopedic issue. Happily, the issue is resolved, and I have embraced Hoka across the board for prevention. These shoes have a fit and are sized similar to the Clifton. The footbed is a bit stiffer than that model and provides the additional protection against stones, roots, and gravel I was looking for. I expect to purchase the waterproof model for use this fall.
