I admit I gave this knife a lesser review than it deserves so I would like to change it. The blade is marked " made in Taiwan" which caught me off guard for a Swedish knife but in no way limits the usefulness or durability of this product. It holds an edge well, is of proper length, and fits your hand perfectly. I now use it for about everything outside around the property and wear it all day. Originally I was put off by the button attachment and you cannot fit a belt through the sheath. The fix is this: you can get a flat "d" ring or key chain ring on the sheath where your belt won't fit through and attach a carabiner to it and then to your belt. It works as a "dangler" and is far more comfortable than a rigid belt mount. This knife has become a good friend.

Not what I expected
What a shock! Maybe I'm a moron but it says Japanese carbon steel in the ad but is marked "made in Taiwan" on the blade. Seems a lot of hype over something I thought was made in Sweden. I'll try it and if it has any outstanding performance I'll change my review.
