Arrived slightly damaged

I'm not sure if it's CampSaver or Hydroflasks fault but the bottle arrived with a pretty deep scratch on the top of the lid. I emailed customer service and was told to mail it back and AFTER they received it, they would send out another one. Well, I purchased this as a gift and I dont have time do all that. Not the end of the world or anything but I'm kinda bummed that I have to give a gift with a scratch on it.

Amazing Product!

I can put ice in this with water, put it out in the 114 degree heat for an hour or more and the water stays cold!! The lifetime warranty that Hydro Flask offers is awesome! My daughter had a different one that had a leaking cap. All I did was call and they sent a new one!

  • Keeps beverage hot or cold for days
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Anything except mountain biking.
