best insole for plantar fasciitis

A friend suggested these insoles as they not only help heal the plantar fasciitis over time but they also allowed him to continue his normal exercise routine while his feet were healing. After looking a lots of reviews of these and other insoles, I decided to try many others first unfortunately. Some of the others gave relief but none were helping my feet get better and I certainly wasn't able to do the things I normally do. I finally bit the bullet and paid the price and took another gamble on these and that was the best decision! I am almost back to my normal routine and my feet are so so much better! I will be buying these for all of my shoes! Don't be dissuaded by the bump! It feels so good!!!

Provided the foot support needed to relieve pain while cycling. The metatarsal bump is just right.
