Best at frying
It does get hot. I've only used it for frying fish and it worked great. I've read other reviews from other sites and everyone says it burns everything. It is a Jetboil. It's made to make things very hot very fast and it is excellent at that. So it's my go to for frying fish in the BWCA.

Factory Second
This product arrived with a sticker indicating that it was a Factory Second. I called Customer Service and they acknowledged that it was a Factory Second and that the description title was misleading. If you love burnt food, this is the pan for you
Purchased this pan to use with my MiniMo. First of all, setting these flux ring pots/pans on the pot stabilizer (a required separate purchase) is tricky at best. The pot stabilizer does not lock on tight, but that's a separate review. This pan would be good IF they used a non-stick coating on it. It absolutely boggles my mind that this was neglected! So I tried using some type of oil/grease, that should solve the problem. No. Everything burns and sticks making the pan very difficult to clean. I returned mine, it was getting ridiculous. I do like the plate that attaches to the bottom. That's the only plus.
