Reviews & Ratings for Jet Boil Sol Fluxring Titanium Companion Cup
— 2 reviews — Page 1
I like the fact that titanium reduces the overall pot/cozy weight by 0.9 oz. The one question people have is how well the aluminum flux ring stays attached to the titanium cup. But since it will only be used to boil water, and not to actually cook food, it should hold up fine. Time will tell..

Unfortunately I will be returning this. I have the 1.8 Sumo aluminum and decided to pay for the Ti. When I opened the cup there is a long orange caution instructions to "only boil water" or you can melt the cup. It says not to add non-liquid items like soup mix, oatmeal. I know the Jetboil is not for cooking elaborate meals but you should be able to do a quick boil of rice mix or cook some oatmeal
