Shows Shipped/No Tracking/Have Not Received BBQ

Great price, but not a good deal if I don’t get the product. Order shows it was shipped, no tracking # yet, still haven’t received the BBQ and it has been 2+ weeks. BBB shows this is a repeating issue with this retailer.

Best in class Kamado Cooker-read up on it

Ordered 12 days ago (2-23) but not received. So why the 5-Star rating for Campsaver? Their Customer Service representatives have been outstanding to work with! I am really eager to get this new KJ-C3, & have phoned CS 3 times, every conversation their team was attentive, polite and did everything they could to keep me up to date. I already know how well Kamado Joe is made & how well they back the product. If you are a Kamado grill owner and purchase your first “Kamado Joe” you will be sold on the innovation quality and Customer support. Far better value than other well known brands.
