Good stuff

I placed my order online around Dec 2nd. I corresponded a couple times via email when my order hadn't shipped yet. After the 10 days allowed to process the order and it still hadn't shipped I emailed one more time. I found out then that one of my items was a pre-order and would most likely not be available to ship in time for Christmas. To be honest the only reason that item was purchased was to get me to the "free shipping" amount. When I called to see what my options were to get the Paxton Pack here by Christmas your employee (sorry - I don't have his name) was very helpful and kind. I was able to cancel the order for the pre-sale item and just ship the pack. I assumed I would need to pay the extra for shipping but was told that the free shipping would still be in place and that it was upgraded to 2-day in order to get it to me on time for Christmas. I was not expecting that at all :) So thank you so much for going out of your way for me. It was truly appreciated.
