I’m in my 4th season with a Kelty Redwing 50-Liter Backpack. I do a lot of hiking in RMNP. This backpack is extremely durable and light weight. The stitching is holding up without any flaws. The 50-Liter size is large enough to carry everything you need for a long day-hike in the mountains. Plenty of room for extra clothing, plus all the other things you need (water, food, etc.). Lots of pockets to separate things out for easy access. The thing I like the most is the easy reach side netting for my water bottle. Other backpacks I’ve owned are nearly impossible to reach, but this one is perfect. The shoulder straps adjust easily while walking to drop weight onto your hips or back to your shoulders when needing some adjustment. I highly recommend this backpack.
