The Klymit Inertia X Frame sleeping pad is awesome. If you're a minimalist, the only way you could go with less is to not take a pad at all. I love the way this pad allows my down bag to retain some of its loft below me, keeping me much warmer. I can't speak to "non-slip" because I used straps on my sleeping bag to hold it in place.
