Most Helpful Positive Review All It's Advertised to Be
The Klymit Inertia X Frame sleeping pad is awesome. If you're a minimalist, the only way you could go with less is to not take a pad at all. I love the way this pad allows my down bag to retain some of its loft below me, keeping me much warmer. I can't speak to "non-slip" because I used straps on my...

Most Helpful Negative Review ultralight, but the design isn't for me
After reading all the reviews I could find on this, I ordered it and took a chance. It is very light, very compact, and inflated quickly, but was only somewhat comfortable while I was on my back. I sleep on my side and turn frequently - when turning, the big spaces between the tubes allowed my hips ...

Very light and comfortable

by Trent C., Written on May 14, 2017
I was looking for a light and compact sleeping pad for some ultralight backpacking trips this summer, and thought that I would try the X frame. It surpasses my expectations. It actually packs a little smaller than specified and is quite comfortable given it's unique design. It fits both inside and underneath my light Marmot summer bag and does the same with my down bag, plus it is very well made.

Are you sure this isn't my bed?

I needed a replacement pad for my aging 3/4 insulated one but didn't want more weight. After a bunch of research I settled on the Klymit Inertia XL pad. At just one pound it was the same weight as my old 3/4 legth pad but in a full size, it also packs down to less them half the size of the old one huge bonus.
OK that's enough about the pad let's talk about me for a sec, I am not a small guy at 6'1

Looks can be deceiving

I use this product for bushwalking in Australia especially where a lightweight pack is required. Last weekends pack carry was in the high country in Victoria in an area which is subject to extreme weather conditions. Sunday night tempatures were down to 0.C (32 F)with heavy showers. The Inertia X Frame proved to be very comfortable, warm despite the fact a silk liner was used in lieu of the usual
