Most Helpful Positive Review Nice and comfortable for a side sleeper
Great and light sleeping pad. Awesome R value. Nice and comfortable for a side sleeper. I've used super cheap pads and very expensive ones and this beats them all. It is solid, comfortable, doesn't lose air in the night, and compact so you can take it anywhere. It takes like 2 seconds to blow up and its super easy to roll back up when you're done.

Insulated and Wonderful

by roy, from CA, United States Written on February 19, 2024
This pad is the insulated version of their other, blue, one. I highly recommend the pad and have already used it and enjoying the comfort and warmth that it brought with it's weight and size. I am an Enlightened Equipment quilt light weight backpacker and sleep directly on the pad.

Feels good

by John, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on June 28, 2022
Just bought this , easily to inflate with the stuff sack took just 6 or 7 sacks full of air. Have not camped yet so will see. I did notice if I inflated it to the maximum the mattress shrunk a bit so I let a little air out and it relaxed a bit.

Really a comfortable compact sleeping pad. Only used it once so far, and slept great. Took about 3 minutes to fill with air. I loved using the stuff sack as the air pump, great design. Happy I got the insulated pad too.

  • easy set up, light weight, feels durable
Cons:
  • None

Best Sleeping Pad Ever

by Kimberly Olsen, Verified Owner from UT, United States Written on January 23, 2022
We’ve been looking for a warmer but still comfortable option for camping in colder weather. This pad checked all the boxes for us. It’s easy to store, durable, much warmer than an air mattress, and easy to use. We’re excited to use it for all our upcoming trips this year and for years to come!

Great Sleeping Pad for the $$

by TG87, Verified Owner from MI, United States Written on October 11, 2021
I used this pad when I was out in SW Colorado early September. The high at night was mid 40s and it kept me warm all night. It also held air very well. I am around 270-280lb. I also used it with my wife and it held up very well.

So far, so good

by BethE, from MA, United States Written on October 8, 2018
I was happy to receive the pad last week, as I was heading up to Maine for an overnight. I found the mat to be very comfortable, to sleep on despite it's thin appearance. I am hoping it will be just as comfortable when my husband and I sleep on it together, which is why I bought it in the first place. Once I figured out how to get air in the bag, to inflate the pad, it wasn't too hard to fill it up. But the pictures on direction that came with it were not at all helpful or affective. It looked like they were expecting me to blow into the bag. I found that just opening it wide and then folding the top down, produced a good amount of air to add to the pad. I'm not sure about the insulating effectiveness; I was a little cold, though in fairness, this was Maine in October. Will further test this pad out, but overall, pretty good.
Pros:
  • comfortable and fairly compact
Cons:
  • need better inflation instructions
