Terrible customer service
My KSB 0 stuff sack ripped after the first use. After about a dozen calls & 6-8 emails messages they finally responded. They ended-up sending me a replacement that was about 15 liters too big, 3 days after I left to go backpacking. It only took a year to get my replacement stuff sack, which is not original & way too big. I used the sleeping bag on 2 trips now (8 nights), and have several small rips in the bag. It looked like a chicken was plucked in our tent. If your considering buying anything from klymit, do yourself a favor & try calling there customer service first - 801-648-7189. I never spoke to a person & never had a call back from them

Amazing bag
The is outstanding for the price however if you're looking for a backpacking sleeping bag this one is Way too big and heavy.
