Nice interchangeability, but not as nice as it used to be
Nice mount. Solid, substantial, and well made. A little on the thick side, but that does make it compatible with fat bikes (if you have one in the stable).
What the description doesn't tell you is that Kuat has changed the 9mm skewer to a completely separate mounting piece, so that now instead of being able to simply slide the skewer through the 15mm thru-axle cylinder, you have to use an allen wrench and change the cylinder out. Not an ordeal, but a step backward from the original design in terms of usability. It would be nice if Campsaver's description of the mount accurately conveyed this change.
