i have purchased kuhl pants before and have always gotten the same size, and they would fit fine. these were wearable but small. very disappointed with this sizing inconsistency.

Great hiking pants

Quality, funtion, and affordability. What more can you ask for. Fit was spot on. Easy conversion to shorts. Very practical piece. Will be my go to for backpacking from now on. Keep up the good work Kuhl. Might have to order another pair.

Great hiking pants that convert to shorts!

I have used Kuhls convertible pants to hike for years. Having the ability to go from long pants to shorts cannot be underestimated, especially if you are hiking during transitional weather. These pants are a lighter weight than other Kuhl offerings...definitely a summer orshoulder season use, not cold winter. They fit well, have the best placement of pockets and they are tough. Can't say enough good things about the brand, they are my go to.

Great product

I really like the Liberator convertible pants and prefer them over the newer and more expensive Renegade convertible pants. The Liberator pants have a much better cell phone pocket (can't even tell you are carrying it), zippered pockets that are more easily accessible, and have an additional button between the waste and crotch that improves fit. They are also super comfortable, lightweight, and durable. As a bonus, I prefer the look of these pants versus any other convertible pants I've seen or tried (wearing as shorts look good too). No complaints at all with these other than I wish they cost less.

Feel Liberated

Great pair of pants for hiking or casual. Multiple pockets for glasses, phone, and anything else. Easy off convertible justify the price as long or shorts. These dry quickly when wet and so versatile you'll have to by more. Can't say enough about these each time I buy them.

Even is not always the Best

The pant was a great fit with the exception of the length. The 32” inseam was too short and the 34” inseam is too long. Not everyone is an even size. A 35 x 33 would be a perfect fit!
