Most Helpful Positive Review Great grip!
I've used them only once for a day of alpine climbing and they performed really great. Was able to hop around boulders and loose talus without worrying of slipping through the rocks. Comfortable and sturdy enough to withstand a whole day in the mountains.

Perfect shoe for offroading

This shoe is comfortable enough to wear all day and sticks well to the trail.
When on rocks or gravel I always have steady footing. I highly recommend the for off-roading and to hike to your next climbing route.

My favorite approach shoes

Over the years I have used most of the approach shoes on the market and these so far are my favorite ones....
Excellent compromise between weight, breathability and foot stability!
For sizing they are pretty consistent with LS overall sizing. About half a size bigger then then Bushido running shoes but pretty much the same as the rest of the TX line. Except the new TX Guides those are actually about half size (EU) smaller.

I ordered these shoes due to my old approach shoes needing replacement. Went out in a limb and bought them due to great reviews. Absolutely NOT disappointed! These shoes are bomber!!!! Fit is great, rubber is excellent and look is slick. Loved my first pair so much I bought a second. I live in Southern New Mexico where terrain is NO joke! Definitely recommend if ur needing something quality built that will hold up in any rocky terrain.

Approach shoes

These were a gift for my son, he has worn them a few days- wishes the arch support was more but will just add his custom inserts. Otherwise he likes the added grip they give him. The color is really nice! We will see how they hold up hiking in Rock Mountain National Park.
