perfect tracking shoes
It was owesome shoes, perfect matching for mount trail. I already had 2 more shoes I took the new II straight out of the box for a 17-mile overnight hike and experienced no hot spots or rubbing. What’s more, with a relatively low weight (1 lb. 7.7 oz. for my women’s size 8.5), the shoes felt nimble while hiking, and a large assortment of sizes (including half sizes and a wide version) makes it easy to nail a good fit no matter your foot shape.

La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II
This is my fourth pair of the La Sportiva brand, 2 pairs of the Bushido and this my second pair of the Ultra Raptor. As far as a combination hiking/trail shoe I would not wear anything else. I've been hiking/backpacking extensively for over fifteen years and have tried numerous brands. Without a doubt for fit, wear and durability; in my opinion La Sportiva are the best.
