Most Helpful Positive Review Portability and My Favorite Grips
Leki Corklites have been my favorites for years, but they didn't pack well for travel. Micro Vario solves this problem with clever folding system that retains adjustability and is very quick to assemble or fold. I also like the included carrying bag. The Micro Vario feels quite similar to my Cork Lite, and I particularly like the range of possible grips. It feels equally sturdy though the joints of the Micro Vario make it a slightly more noisy than the Cork Lite. Also there is considerably less range of adjustment. However, the convenience of more compact storage makes up for these minor sh...

Leki Micro Ti COR-TEC Trekking Poles

by Danny D, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on November 25, 2018
These are awesome trekking poles. I was initially concerned about the single point of adjustability posing limitations but my concerns quickly vanished once I tried the poles. Adjusting these poles is a breeze and there is more than enough range for adjusting the length of the poles. The poles feel solid and sturdy (with an average load) and the handles are comfy allowing your hands to stay sweat free. Deploying and collapsing the poles is very easy once you understand the proper technique. One negative that I can think of is that because of the way these poles collapse (in three parts) they are simply too short to attach to the stow on the go attachments on my backpack when not in use. But they do come with a nice pouch that you can stow them in.

No regret purchase

Some people have buyers remorse after a purchase. You won’t with these. They are well built, light weight (esp for adjustable, foldable and aluminum). The ergonomic cork grip and even the wrist straps are very comfortable. No hesitation I would buy again. I just wish they came with removable rubber caps to use on tarmac instead of the plastic carbide tip covers.

Perfect

I've always been skeptical regarding the need for trekking poles. After straining an IT band in my right hip this spring, I decided to try them out. It was just what I needed to get back on the trail quicker and the Leki poles fit in the side pockets of my pack when not needed. Perfect.
