I love this coat, it is so warm, and doesn't contain down (it is hard to find a coat that is this cute and down-free!). I have long arms and the sleeves are long enough for me. It has lots of neat features like the snaps are sewn onto a strip of material that is not stitched down in the spaces between the snaps which basically means it is easy to snap/unsnap with one hand.
