These are as comfortable for me as climbing shoes get.
I have tried on ALL the climbing shoes in the last 4 years trying to replace my old green and blue Lowa Falcos that I found at Sierra Trading post for $68....I had no idea how lucky I was to find these as a beginner to climbing. Every shoe in horridly uncomfortable, and the tolerable ones are all made out of dead animal- and that is a hard pass on my part. Not only that, but synthetic shoes hold up FANTASTIC in the washing machine.... and good grief do my climbing shoes get stanky.
I am a woman with apparently weird shaped (woman's shoe size 8.5) feet. I cannot fit into ANY woman's climbing shoe I've found, even up to size 10 and 11. All the So Ill, evolve Kronos, 5.10 Rouge, La Sportiva TCPro and Mythos, tons more.... The women's are all WAY too tight and literally painful, and even the men's never felt quite right compared to these Lowa's..... So i decided to bite the bullet and buy them again. No regrets. I had to buy a size 9 men's Falco.
