Perfect walker
This is my second pair of Ferrox GTX that I've purchased in the past three years. They're perfect for easy hiking and regular walks. The gortex is a plus for the occasional rain and/or muddy trails.

Lowa ferrox lo hikers
I love my new Lowa's. I wear Lowa renegades on my hikes every week. I wanted to try hiking in low hiking shoes in the summer when the weather is warmer. Your company had the exact color I was looking for and your service was fast and easy. Thanks, I will definitely shop here again.

Solid, mid-weight hiking shoe.
I had been looking for high mileage, everyday hiking shoe for months when I discovered the the Ferrox. I have been wearing Lowa hiking boots for years, so I had high expectations. This shoe is solid and grips well on trails. The weight is not burdensome. The insole is thin, so I always replace with an insole of my choosing. My only complaint is that there is an odd fold on either side of the interior tongue which can press into the foot. I think it is meant to keep stones out, but it is not comfortable. I hope this breaks in with time. Overall, a good shoe. I plan to do quite a lot of hiking soon!
