These boots are comfortable and very affordable. Camp saver had the best price anywhere. I would recommend them highly.

Thank you CampSaver for the recommendation and great price. Lowa Renegade GTX's are comfortable, sturdy and fashionable. I've been hiking all over the SF Peninsula with them and bought a pair for my daughter in Oregon. These boots have great grip and allow me to take every step with confidence. I'm sure any high-top boot would have protected me, but my Lowa Renegade GTX's took a rattlesnake bite for me! BEST BOOTS EVER!

My 3rd pair of the IOWA hiking shoes I have purchased over the years. This boot fits my foot and is so comfortable that I can hike in different seasons.

I wear wide shoes most of the time and chose the W width for this boot. Sadly, the toe box is still way too narrow (feels like an American medium) and I cannot wiggle my toes upwards. I will try larger sizes (0.5 and 1) to see if the fit improves. Too bad, this shoe is VERY well constructed

The hiking boots are great! This is the second pair I have purchased (same brand and Style). I purchased the first pair about 10 years ago and they are still in great shape but my feet have changed so I needed a larger size. Well worth the money and so comfortable and sturdy.
