Decided to try the Malone style of wing carriers instead of the J style that I was using. I am extremely pleased with this new carrier I purchased. Very easy to slide my kayak on from the rear of my hyundai santa fe. I first put the bow or stern up on the edge of the rear wing, go to the rear of my kayak, lift and slide it on. When my wife tried it it took a little longer but she was still able to accomplish the task. When travelling, there is the usual wind noise but the kayak was rock solid. Easy on and off. Good quality material and straps. I would recommend getting the mega wing instead of the sea wing. The mega wing can take more load for about a $10 price difference. I use it with my radar 13.5 and a Tsunami and it works well for me. Great that I got 20% off at camphor as well. For me it was a win, win.
