Good Design; Poor Quality; Poor Customer Service
The design of the roll top bag with clips paired with a air vent is a really good design. It keeps ice very well even compared to yeti. Other than that you can tell they cut all other corners to save money. Carry straps, pockets and zippers are low quality. Another thing is the bottom is the soft neoprene material that could be easily punctured. This could be solved by a hard plastic bottom.
On the second outing of using this product the carry handle broke. Which if you are not carrying this on your back is the only way to carry it. Submitted a warranty claim with no comms back for over two weeks. I had to call them and they magically found my claim. Then I have to pay for the return shipping of this thing so its not worth it just to fix the weak handle.
I guess you get what you pay for.
