Mammut base jump touring
This is the second mammut pants I have owned.
These fit precisely to the size chart although the thigh is a bit more snug than the lower pant.
The flaired lower pant allows for easy boot coverage and no redundancy.
There are side vents which can be used to allow more thigh room but this fabric stretches nicely.
There is a solid construction with belt and suspenders.
The pockets are ample and placed well.
My only concern is the zipper on the pockers is very small with fine teeth....hoping these do not break easily.
I use these for backcountry skiing but could also be used for mixed climbing, hiking in cooler environments.

Didn't use them to BASE jump but....
They worked well for skiing. Modulated my temperature very well. I have yet to tour with the pants in the backcountry which is primarily why I purchased them.
I am 6'0 and 195 lbs. The large pants, regular length fit perfectly around my waist and the inseam was just right. They initially felt a bit restrictive around my thighs. During activity, this was not an issue at all. I look forward to many years of ski touring with these pants.
