This a great jacket that far exceeded my expectations. I tried on other Mammut jackets and the large was way too tight and the xl was way too long for my 5'11 185 athletic frame. I took a chance on this one because I love the look (bison) and too my surprise it fit perfect! Not sure why such a discrepancy in sizes from Mammut. Great down jacket!

I haven't field-tested this jacket yet to test out it's true durability and insulation value, but so far, I can tell it will live up to the great reviews it has received. I'm 5'9", 145lbs, and the Small fits perfectly. The jacket is slim in the mid-section, not boxy at all.

Warm and Comfortable

Classic Mammut quality in this warm jacket. Can be worn alone or under a shell. The colour is bright especially against the backdrop of snow.

Excellent sizing

I tried on and looked at every light down jacket I could. As I see it, most light puffy down jackets are basically the same given the same price. What makes this jacket great is the sizing. I'm 5'9", 150, and most medium jackets are simply too big; smalls generally fit, but are way too short. This jacket covers my rear and the arm length is perfect. It's the only jacket I could find that fit.

Very light, warm, and soft!

This jacket is light but very warm. It's extremely soft in the hand but feels durable. Stuffs inside chest pocket. About the size of a 32oz water bottle. I'm 6'1 170 and found the large a bit loose in the chest and actually a little long in the arms. Not sure if I'd go down a size though.
