Most Helpful Positive Review Great boot!
I run in the woods in these boots in the morning. I feel the cool dew through the boot so I know it's breathing but when I'm done my feet are dry except for a little sweat in the sock. Great traction on any terrain. Bought my wife a pair after testing them.
Most Helpful Negative Review good boot, but
I really liked these boots, good cushion, light weight, (run a size small), good lateral support. Those are the pros. Now we get to the cons: I live in the U.P of Michigan. These boots leaked terrible, and that was only in knee high vegetation. No streams, No fording of rivers, No submerging of boot...

Great boots

As soon as I oppened them I felt in love with them, they look great, they fit great, they feel great and they have a great grip. I’ll test them in the mountain this next week for the full week with water and snow.

Mammut Comfort High GTX Hiking Boot - Mens

A nice, lightweight high top hiking boot. The one thing I found wrong, or at least to me somewhat deceptive, is the weight listed for the boot(s). It's advertised at 1 pound...it show be noted that's per boot, not total weight. Total weight comes in at slightly over 2 pounds.

I normally wear a 91/2 wide. I ordered a size 10 regular (there are no wide sizes) and that worked out to be a great fit for me.

Customer service was excellent and the on-line chat I had with Campsaver really helped in choosing this boot.

Size a bit small

Had to return for a larger size, so haven't a chance to wear them yet.Keeping my fingers crossed! Quality seems fine.
