This is my first visit to the store, loved it. Great price and great shoes. I will visit the store in the future. This is my second Mammut product. Till now, my favorite tradenark for running and backpacking boots.

I love these shoes. I have had 4 pairs and put between 300 and 500 miles on each of them. Now I am on my 5th pair. They are comfortable and have great cushion, BUT they don't feel squishy or like they are stealing energy from you by letting your foot just sink into the foam. The cushion is comfortable but also responsive! It feels springy and like it is helping you rebound on each stride. It also protects your feet from sharp pointy things in the trail really well. The rocker in the shoe also is incredible. It helps you roll smoothly and efficiently from stride to stride. It feels like you are just rolling across the terrain. These shoes feel FAST! I actually chose to race in a 201 Max recently because of this, despite the fact that the shoe was heavier than my racing flats. I ended up winning the race and setting a course record. Maybe there is some truth to the saying that new shoes make you "run faster and jump higher." I will keep running in these shoes or their successor for a long time.
