This is a review for the green bag, size: Long. It's hard to find info on this bag anywhere. Like Cdub122 says, the tag lists it as "Camp Down" not "Nordic Down". Not that there's any info on Camp Down out there. In any case, here are all the specs, since none of these sellers bother to list them anywhere: Comfort: 68F to 32F (20C to 0C) Transition: 32F to 23F (0C to -5C) Risk/Limit: 23F to -9.4F (-5C to -23C) Fill: 650 Down CUIN. The main tag further specifies "80/20" and the tiny interior tag says "80% White duck down / 20% White duck feather" Lining: 100% Polyester Weight: Tag claims ...

I love this sleeping bag

by Tom Huangxuan, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on September 25, 2024
The **Mammut Nordic Down 3-Season Sleeping Bag** is a top-notch choice for those seeking warmth and comfort during spring, summer, and fall camping trips. With a comfort temperature rating of around 25°F (-4°C), it provides excellent insulation for chilly nights, thanks to its high-quality down fill. The down insulation is lightweight yet highly effective, ensuring you stay warm without adding unnecessary bulk to your pack.

One of the key advantages of this sleeping bag is its **spacious design**, providing room to move without feeling overly confined. The ergonomic shape, combined with a soft inner lining, adds to the overall comfort, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep after a long day outdoors.

The **outer material is water-resistant**, offering some protection against dampness and condensation, which is especially useful in unpredictable weather. Additionally, the two-way zipper system allows for easy ventilation if you start to feel too warm.

While slightly bulkier than some ultra-light options, the Mammut Nordic Down strikes a great balance between warmth, weight, and packability. Overall, it’s a reliable and durable sleeping bag that works well for most 3-season adventures, providing cozy warmth in varying conditions.

Solid, well made, durable, and it packs down smaller than any of my other bags.

I like this bag a lot. It is durable. It has enough room to be a comfortable mummy bag(I have the 195cm bag). It is relatively light and it packs down smaller than any of my other bags.
Pros:
  • Packs small, durable, well made, great 3 season bag that I pair with my wool liner.
Cons:
  • NONE
Best Used for:
  • Packing, traveling.

Camp down not Nordic down

by Cdub122, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on June 18, 2024
Found it hard to find reviews of this bag when I received it it's called a mammut camp down bag I believe the Nordic replaced this model that said very high quality comes with storage sack and compression bag, beads water well, reinforced zipper doesn't suck fabric into itself very warm packs down to about the size on a small metal coffee can, I even like the color think about getting a second honestly especially at camp savers price.duck down not goose which is fine for this type of bag and considerably cheaper.
Pros:
  • Light weight, warm, packs small,
Cons:
  • Little snug maybe?
Best Used for:
  • 3 season backpacking/low altitude mountaineering

Well made quality

I look forward to using this bag. It is well made and appears to be very durable. The bag compresses nicely in the compression bag that it comes with, and it comes with a large storage back that allows you to store it not compressed.
Pros:
  • QUALITY
Cons:
  • No significant cons
Best Used for:
  • Spring/summer fall camping above freezing
