I use this bag everywhere! It is a bit heavy but the burley outer fabric makes up for it. It's biner loop and waist strap make it versatile. The little zippered pocket is great for chapstick or keys. It has a boulder brush mini slot pocket too.
It is just the right width for open hand dipping and deep enough that chalk won't puff out when compressed in my pack.
