This is a very high quality, light weight fleece jacket. It has a full length YKK zipper with fleece baffle to keep out the drafts. The fleece is very soft inside and out. I ordered the medium which was perfect for my 5'8", 160 pound frame. I'd say it is an athletic fit- no extra material. That is especially nice if you are putting a jacket or windbreaker over it. Stitching is excellent. Two zippered hand pockets to keep gloves or such in.

Very good price-performance ratio

I can't believe I bought a high-end midlayer jacket at such a low price.
This midlayer jacket is made of Polartec 100, which is lightweight, soft and warm. For me, it is quite enough to cope with the cold in winter.

If there is a better choice,

I have a lot of fleece clothes, but I find that my favorite ones are the monkey of Arc'teryx and Mountain hardwear. I don't know much about Patagonia fleece, but it is also a recommended fleece product.

The price depends on whether you buy it or not

I have a lot of fleece, and this dress can be bought on the basis of good discount. But if the original price is correct, it is not recommended to buy it. Mammut is excellent in fleece products, but it is only among the top products.

Mammut quality

Great mid layer, not too thick or thin. Fit is regular for us dad bod guys. Color is in between a brown and grey so it can be worn with neutrals. How can you beat Mammut quality for $35. Bravo campsaver!
