Surprisingly light weight! - Mammut T Element Mid GTX Hiking Boot - Mens

I ordered the boots knowing their weight, but was still surprised by how little they weighed. They seemed very well stitched together, and even better not glued like some Nike ACGs I've owned. I didn't wear them, but once as they didn't form to my feet well. This caused some ankle and knee pain while wearing them. It's not to say that it's the boots are bad, but just didn't play well with my feet. As everyone has different shapes and curves to their feet I wouldn't let that stop me from trying a different design by Mammut. All in all they seemed like a great pair of boots for almost any season, and any distance of hiking one might do. I gave 3 stars simply because they weren't a good fit for me, and not the quality of the boots.
