First off let me say that Campsaver has amazing customer service. I purchased this jacket a week before black Friday in fears that my size would sell out. On black Friday the price became a bit cheaper. I emailed customer service and they did a price adjustment and credit to my cc no questions asked. I moved to Norway from the UK last year and was in need of a good parka/overcoat. Being hard to please, I started to research coats and parkas and to compare them feature by feature. I wanted something a bit technical and well built, that I could use for a walk in the woods as much for a formal meeting or to go to work.
