I have had dozens of tents from dozens of companies, this to date is my favorite by far. Great features, easy set up, and quality materials with adjustable vent network to make it comfortable in any situation. Highly recommend.

I purchased this tent recently for a 4 day camp trip at the Sequoia National Park. We are a family of 5, two adults, two boys 12 and 8 and a large dog (70lbs). Leaving our gear in the rear and front vestibules gave us enough room to sleep inside, though a little tight. Besides that the tent is really awesome, fast to get up and take down, pockets to store essentials and minor things in the front and back and the lower side vents and the top side vents on the rain fly are really a great design feature to let cooler air in and hot air out. Since our family is growing (boys and dog) I'm most likely going to have to purchase a larger tent, and will be looking at the Halo 6P to accommodate us a little better.

Only used the tent once so far and it didn't rain, so I can't speak to how waterproof it is yet (although I am concerned the seam runs along the floor). Otherwise, easy to set up, super comfortable inside with high walls that make it feel very spacious (without being an oversized tent); very functional pockets. Good size for two people. Could squeeze in a third, but not with everyone's packs (there are vestibules though). Also, tent is quite heavy.

i have young kids so backpacking is too soon with them, so this tent was perfect with them. It was just right for my wife and two kids to all fit in. The storm fly covers the whole tent so the chill from the winds didn't bother us

Great tent for my family. We live and camp in the Rocky Mountains and this tent lives up to the rugged conditions. As some other reviews mention, the only downside that I experienced is that the color seems to attract insects but the quality of the tent far exceeds this small drawback.

I purchased this primarily to use as a spike camp for Elk hunting. My son and I have also used for cub scout campouts. Very easy to set-up, and vestibule is perfect size.

Received the tent right on schedule. It was late in the afternoon so I set it up the next morning. After watching several vids on YouTube on set up, it went very very well and was equally easy. HOWEVER, on detailed inspection, I discovered one of the lower sidewall flap retainers was stiched improperly and was not usable. The return/replacement process was incredibly easy. It was all done on l

As most three person tents seem to be just large two person tents I went with a four-person tent. Perfect for two people and two dogs for car camping. Plenty of room for everything plus headroom. For warmer weather there is plenty of ventilation...but a bit too much in colder weather, which would be my only complaint. This tent is well constructed and easy to set up. It's a winner in my book.

Set it up in the yard and my toddler ran laps through both open doors. Size is perfect for a family tent and Marmot attention to detail is awesome.
