I used this bag in early September in the Colorado mountains. First night got down to about 30 degrees and the second night was in the upper 30s. I was sweating both nights.
I got the regular bag. I'm 5'10, 190lbs and this bag fit great. I'm a side sleeper and normally roll around a bit and didn't have any issues feeling constricted.
Great bag. It packs small, is light and warm for me.
