Carry this for thundershowers, cool weather, when riding my dirt bike. 2XL fits over my hydration vest. Pit zips, velcro wrist adjustment, drawstring waist, hood in collar. Stuffs into one of the zippered pockets. Fits in bottom of pack until I need it. Also keep one behind seat in my truck.
