Marmot Precip is inexpensive, WP, durable...just as good as any far more expensive raincoat. In addition, the pockets won't get soaked and ruin your electronic car keys.
The long pit zips easily allow for any heat build up...
Note, there is no rain jacket that will prevent you from sweating when the humidity is 100% and the temp is 90 degrees...
Pros:
  • many colors to choose from, inexpensive, durable, WP, pockets don't get soaked, great sizing
Cons:
  • None apparent
Best Used for:
  • hiking, casual
