Most Helpful Positive Review Fantastic Jacket, but....
The materials and construction and feel and style are great. But, the torso is loose fitting and not that warm. 700 fill yes, but there isn't much of it, torso is thin. Arms are nice and warm. Material feels great and pockets are really nice. I wish it were warmer, I'd be all over this coat. 25 to 30F and no wind and my body was cold. Not a wimp, there is no protection from wind coming up under the jacket and the torso insulation is thin. Bummer.

Buy Buy Buy

This is perfect!!! I wanted this coat 2 years ago from another site and I could not afford it at the time. Now that I am ready, This is the only site that had it in the target price that I wanted with free shipping. The coat is lighter that I expected but will definitely keep you warm. I will be ordering again. Thank CampSaver.

Great down jacket nice warm,super ,you need not but a shirt under this jacket it so warm cannot wait for winter,good pockets to put you hats and stuff in ,also cool wool hoodie to keep you head warm!nice color

Excellent and very warm jacket

I am someone who gets cold quickly in winter weather. I have always wanted a jacket that keeps me warm, cuts the wind, and is built to last. This one is the best I have ever had. Style is subjective of course, but I prefer this look to the sea of bubble jackets that surround me in my college campus.

Premium products at outlet prices

I got this jacket after enduring a cold New England winter. Coming from Colorado I now know what cold is. This jacket is perfect for me, I'm 5'9" 170lbs and it fits almost like a parka. I do have a shorter torso so that could be part of it. I love the massive amount of pockets, and the overall construction of the jacket. Yes it's a pretty penny, but I'm from the school of "it's better to buy something that lasts than replace it tenfold." Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase, not to mention the outstanding customer service I experienced when I purchased the jacket just before it went on sale. I called and they refunded me the difference instead of ordering another jacket and returning the one I ordered to get the discount. Gonna shop here more often!

Perfect product and service

I have been looking for months for a down jacket to wear in Chicago winter. I am 6' 1" and 195 and large fits perfect. Great things about this jacket are 700 fill vs more common 550. Magnetic enclosures on front pockets, perfect fitting hood (not for a helmet) and not too loose fitting. I plan to use this jacket for casual and severe weather use, it is perfect and extremely nice looking. I hope to use this jacket for decades. On the negative side this jacket is very expensive, I got a discount on campsaver so did not have to pay MSRP.

On the vendor, my jacket arrived quickly and I received good e-mail notifications and tracking. I see negative reviews online but my experience was nothing but perfect.

Note I am not affiliated with Campsaver, I never heard of them until I did an online search. This was my first purchase.
