I have an older three layer goretex Cerro Torre Marmot shell which is thicker and probably more waterproof than this one.. However, this is a nice jacket, although it's only a two layer goretex shell. It's longer, which I like, and more comfortable. Great urban rain coat. The main front zipper is great. A nice large tooth plastic zipper. Easy to zip up and sturdy. Snap neck and bottom by the front zipper. No hood adjustment on front sides, but adjustable on top / back. Large front lower side snap pockets. Bottom adjustment inside back left. Velcro front over zipper and Velcro cuff adjustment. If you are going to be outside in the rain for days, probably not the coat for you. If you are walking in the rain for a few hours, yes, it's great.
