Works great right away.
These shoes didn't need breaking in at all. No pain anywhere, they work as intended, and look attractive and sturdy. I carry a backpack with extremely heavy weight, and worry about other shoes possibly bursting at the seams, but not these.
Pros:
- Unusual lacing system that won't get untied.
Cons:
- Unusual lacing system that doesn't allow me to easily get into the shoes.
Would recommend: Yes
Solid choice
Had a prior generation of chameleon shoes, which, to be honest, I did not love. These are significantly improved from the generation 4 version replaced.
I drop one star because my first venture out was a wet day and I question/would like to put the waterproofing to a more rigorous/considered test.
