Merrell Chameleon 7 Mid WP hiking boots
Made in Vietnam. The leather is good but the fabric mesh areas have a propensity for attracting cheat grass stickers. I don't think the fabric mesh areas are going to be durable. I have ripped the fabric on some Merrell hiking shoes I had before, so I'm wary. These hiking boots look like less fabric mesh than the hiking shoes, so maybe I get lucky. Comfortable, good traction with Vibram soles. My feet have not gotten wet in light mud. Merrell makes nice boots.
