Great for people that are new to hangboarding
This is my first hang board and so far I am really enjoying it. Its been working great for me. It is one of the smaller, simpler boards so it dosent have as many hold options as some others but it works great for beginners, there are more than enough holds to keep me busy.
Pros:
- small and lite
Cons:
- limited holds
Best Used for:
- climbing
Would recommend: Yes
great training board
This came with all the hard wear needed. It was pretty simple to put up, The hardest part was finding the studs. I've had the board for a while now and use it weekly, and it has held up well. I put it up in my kitchen so I'd actually use it, and the colors are a little gaudy and don't match my decor, but such is life I guess.
Pros:
- durable
- easy to install
Cons:
- colors
Best Used for:
- Training

Great for training
Nice study training board. Build quality feels solid. I've only been using this for a few weeks now, but don't hear any creaks or cracks that might suggest a product flaw.
One slight downside is, if you wish to train one-armed pull-ups from a jug hold, it takes a little positioning to not have the sides of the door frame get in your way. Two ways around this would be to buy the training board with a third jug hold in the center, or installing this on an overhead beam (vs. a doorway).
