Hanging belays or lowering had my previous harness jabbing me in the lower back, causing great discomfort. I was suggested to by the Misty Mountain harness, and I chose the Silhouette Harness as a solution to having one for sport and trad. This harness is so much more comfortable than the Petzl Selena I was using. The padding in the back is thicker and wider. I’m really please with this purchase.
