I like it. The harness fits nicely for my frame - I'm 125 and 5"4 - I chose a medium as my waist is 30". The leg loops could have a little more adjust-ability - thankfully my quads are just right for the cinched leg loops. Hanging belays or lowering had my previous harness jabbing me in the lower back, causing great discomfort. I was suggested to by the Misty Mountain harness, and I chose the Silhouette Harness as a solution to having one for sport and trad.
