The Alpine Light is amazing for it's weight! We do alot of astronomy for the public which requires remaining stationary in the cold (like 8F a couple weeks ago). This jacket kept my core warm without another outer layer. I also use it to do backcountry skiing or to throw on afterwards to keep me from developing a chill. So cozy!

I use this for camping and outdoor activities in Michigan. Keeps me warm, lightweight for camping/backpacking and looks great too! Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because no pockets. 'Have received many compliments.

This is the greatest, lightweight jacket for all seasons. It is not too bulky to fit under a rain jacket if it is wet (which is often in the Pacific Northwest) and it is light enough to take anywhere.
