I have yet to receive the jacket I purchased. It shipped on oct 17th, and was supposedly delivered on oct 23rd. I don't who or where it was delivered to, but I never received it. Spoke to customer service about it, there's some 'investigation' going on now to find out where the jacket is but I've yet to hear back on the status of that and I'm guessing it'll be next year before I do. If at all. . Money down the drain. Worst online purchase experience I've had to date and I do ALOT of online shopping. This is probably my last time ordering from campsaver. They certainly didn't save me anything.
