I am 5'8" & weigh 150lbs & the medium are just right in length,waist. Hope this helps you decide what size to get.Very warm to weight ratio.Great for winter camps but of course you don't want to get down wet.Rather bulky if wearing under pants.Great for cold weather pajama bottoms.
