Sizing is similar to size chart.
It performs intermediately warm in 32 degF environment. It serves as a nice belay jacket, if you wear fleece inside.

Haven't fully taken it to the test yet, though suspect it won't be quite as warm as other insulation types if not being active which is a consideration. Time will tell.
