High quality jacket. Windproof and water resistant. Fairly lightweight. I am 6'0", ~180 lbs. 40" chest. 16.5-17" neck. I got a large. Fits nicely in the body. Not too tight and not too baggy. Neck is nice and snug on me when all the way zipped up, with the drawcord at its most loose setting. Not uncomfortably snug, but I will never use the drawcord.
