Versatile cold conditions mid-layer and stand-alone belay jacket, engineered for an exceptional warmth to weight ratio and increased packability utilising 750+ fill water resistant fluorocarbon-free HyperDry down.
Montane is proud to announce that all its down insulated jackets & garments will be produced using Allieds HyperDRY water-resistant down.
The Anti-Freeze Jacket is made with high quality ethically sourced down with a down to feather ratio of 90/10, it has high loft with 750+ fill power, enabling it to trap warm air and keep you warm.

Adjustable hood. Roll-away technical hood with three point adjustment and stiffened peak
Two way YKK front zip. Full length two-way YKK front zip with internal storm flap

Adjustable hem. Adjustable hem with cinchable drawcord, so seals in the warmth if you need to.

High quality jacket. Windproof and water resistant. Fairly lightweight. I am 6'0", ~180 lbs. 40" chest. 16.5-17" neck. I got a large. Fits nicely in the body. Not too tight and not too baggy. I mainly use this jacket as a belay and cold weather piece for camping and rockclimbing in southeastern Australia.

I like it very much, having withstood the low temperatures of the night at an altitude of 4500 meters on the Tibetan plateau. At the same time, it's very light and doesn't give me any extra weight.

I love this jacket. It's warm, fits well (Medium, on a 158 lb. 5'8" frame), is durable, and was priced right. Montane is a maker of great jackets, and I'm glad I finally found one that is both functional and affordable. My only negative comment is that now that Spring has arrived in Missouri, I won't be able to wear it for several more months!

This is a high quality jacket...I never got a chance to try it out, as it didn't fit. I fall right between sizes, so if you do, too, order the size larger.
